This program includes dynamic running warm ups, various injury prevention exercises for runners, mobility for runners, and plyometric workouts that are often missed in typical strength routines.

This 8 week strength program is designed by physical therapist, Kaylee Kuzma, specifically for runners to help keep them injury free and performing their best. This program includes 3 strength focused workouts per week and 1 injury prevention workout per week.

This strength program includes 3 full body strength days per week & 1 injury prevention focused workout per week. This program focuses on incorporating progressive overload every other week to make strength gains which will help prevent running related overuse injuries.
